Uber-umbrella header for all target-specific code.

Include this single header to get:

• All MCU drivers (GPIO, Timer, UART, init)
• All generated hardware configuration (handles, system config, MCU info)

For more granular control, include driver.hpp and config.hpp separately, or individual headers from sbl/hw/driver/ and sbl/hw/config/.
