Umbrella header for all MCU drivers.

Includes all driver headers:

• GPIO: pin control, read/write/toggle
• Timer: delays, millisecond counter
• UART: serial communication
• init: MCU initialization

Driver implementations are platform-specific and come from sbl-hardware. The correct implementation is selected at build time based on your target.
